DONT GO HERE!!! Pepper sprayed my car dash doing 6k damage to the car. Yes that’s correct. I have been coming to this location for years and had no issues. On my last visit which was end of 2024 (I’m posting now because my lawyer said I’m good to) one of the employees took my pepper spray out of my center console and sprayed my screen and dash with it. No one told me this happened. I get in the car drive, I start coughing, eyes are watering and I notice the silver paint on my dash is seemingly melted off. I turn around and ask what happened? Very long story short: the employee admitted he did (and thought he left his phone in my car…), manager and boss said they would pay me- day of they refused. I lawyered up. I’m going to get some of what I am owed but not all because they refused to respond, didn’t show to court and refused to pay. My lawyer had to do legal magic to freeze the money they did have. So DO NOT GO HERE.

Sananti and Mary are the best on customer service and care! Visiting in town and the highway bugs got my car bad! Sananti went above and beyond to get my car back shining and detailed! Mary inside greeted me and made sure I knew of all perks with Auto Paradise before purchasing! Stop by and see visit this wonderful location!

I was in Kissimmee for business and decided to get my van cleaned. It was very dirty due to messy grandchildren, lol. I can honestly say without hesitation that they did the best job on my van than anyone has ever done, including a person who came to my home to detail my vehicle. I sat in the air-conditioned lobby while my van was being cleaned, and I watched the staff and management interact with other customers. They were so professional and kind. You can tell that they really care! I am very pleased with the service that I received, and I will definitely be back when I am in the area. I highly recommend this business!

Came here because this is usually our go-to spot for a full-service car wash and they’ve done a decent job in the past. But today was completely unacceptable. We were the second car there. It was empty, and with at least seven employees working, we thought we got lucky. We decided to splurge on a full detail, which we don’t normally do, because the kids spilled ice cream on the seats. They estimated 45 minutes, so we left to grab food. Two hours later, the car still wasn’t ready. When we finally got it back, the job was clearly rushed. Ice cream stains were still there, the console wasn’t wiped down, and I had to clean the seats myself once we got home. I would not recommend this place for detailing. For regular washes, be prepared to wait at least an hour. Definitely not worth the $100+ we spent. Pictures attached.

Dont waste your money. I was given a gift card for a full service package 145. Today i went in and requested a full service. They told me i would have to pay the overage which was 21$…but yet i got a gift card for exactly what i go. But okay whatever 166$. I dropped my car off and 12 and left my number and mane with what car I dropped off. They told me 2hours. I call them around 2:30pm asking if i was ready when she told me yes its ready. So i get dropped off to pick it up but waited in the loby for 10 min because they could t find my keys. After noone walked out to my car with me to make sure everything was ok, but instead just came in and told me my keys are in the car and left. Getting out to my car i realize there was a film all over my car but i did just get a spray wax so i didnt think much pulling away and then driving my car i started noticing thing. Things like my mirrors having spray on them,my dash not cleaned,my backseats not been vacuumed or steamcleaned! They didnt even continue the wipe down of my center console. (you can clearly see where they stopped). And they didnt ever touch my truck. Very very disappointed and very expensive for a glorified wipe down and vacuum
